Children’s Day during Biennale WRO 2015: a network “Painting”

An interactive project by Paweł Janicki organised between Biennale WRO 2015 (Poland) and Keleketla! Library in Johannesburg (ZA) based on network play with light, movement, image and sound. Two distant places in the world lying in the same time zone are connected via Internet. Using luminescent toys, kids can paint colorful shapes, which appear on the screen thanks to the camera placed in front of them. Both paintings are mixed in real time in the two locations.
